Mental Performance Coach
David Mizrahi is a Mental Performance Coach and former NCAA Division I soccer player with a passion for helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field. Through his own experiences competing at a high level, David developed a deep appreciation for the mental side of performance and the critical role that confidence, focus, resilience, and mindset play in athletic success.
David earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lafayette College before completing his Master's degree in Sports Psychology through the Real Madrid Graduate School. During his graduate training, he served as a Sports Psychology Intern with the Madrid Bravos professional EFL football team during the 2025 season, supporting athletes in mental preparation, performance development, and psychological skills training.
As the founder of Perform Lab, David works with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes to strengthen the mental skills necessary for sustained success. His approach focuses on helping athletes build confidence, manage pressure, develop resilience, enhance focus, and cultivate the mindset required to perform consistently in competitive environments.
As also a member of the HTFT Mental Health & Performance team, David works alongside Trevor Barlow in delivering mental performance coaching services to athletes, teams, organizations, and executives. Their collaborative approach combines evidence based performance psychology with real world experience to help individuals develop confidence, resilience, focus, leadership, and the mental skills necessary to perform consistently under pressure.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, David is committed to helping athletes and high performers develop the mental tools necessary to thrive in sport, performance, and life.
