Our team is made up of licensed professionals, former professional athletes, and sport performance specialists with more than 25 years of combined professional experience. This multidisciplinary background plays a significant role in the development process for every athlete and individual who enters the program.
Our Youth Performance programs place a strong emphasis not only on athletic development, but also on structure, discipline, accountability, communication, leadership, confidence, coordination, and building healthy habits both on and off the field.
For high school, collegiate, elite, and professional athletes, training may focus on sport-specific performance, movement efficiency, speed development, strength, conditioning, recovery, preparation, and overall performance optimization within the demands of competition.
For adults and high-performing professionals, performance training may also focus on general fitness, mobility, stress management, recovery, routine development, and maintaining a sustainable level of physical and mental performance throughout everyday life.
In addition to physical performance development, HTFT also integrates Mental Performance Coaching and Therapy services when appropriate, helping athletes, adults, and families better understand the connection between mindset, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, recovery, and long term performance development.
