Led by Performance Specialist Brett Carroll, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), the HTFT Strength & Conditioning Program delivers individualized athletic preparation designed to support performance, movement quality, and long-term physical development.

This service exists within the broader HTFT performance model, combining structured strength training, movement development, and injury prevention principles to support athletes, professionals, and individuals at all stages.

Integrated Performance & Injury Prevention

Brett Carroll collaborates closely with Roberto Mela (Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist) and the broader coaching staff to monitor athlete movement patterns and physical readiness.

This collaborative system allows for early identification of potential risk areas. Corrective exercises and targeted adjustments are implemented into monthly programming when needed, ensuring training remains informed, adaptive, and aligned with each athlete’s physical needs.

The integration of Muscle Activation Techniques (M.A.T.) enhances training precision by improving awareness of muscle function and movement efficiency, supporting stronger development while helping reduce the likelihood of preventable injuries.
