Amanda Rose is a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families deepen self awareness, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. She believes that growth is an ongoing process and that healing often happens in connection with others.

With advanced training in modern couples, marriage, and family therapy, along with certification in hypnotherapy, Amanda offers an integrative and highly personalized approach. Her work helps clients identify unconscious patterns, understand how past experiences shape present behavior, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.

Amanda’s clinical approach draws from several evidence based modalities, including hypnotherapy for subconscious healing and insight, narrative therapy to help clients reframe and reclaim their personal stories, Bowen family systems therapy to explore intergenerational patterns, and psychoeducation to support a deeper understanding of the brain and nervous system. She also offers co-therapy, providing a collaborative and dynamic therapeutic experience when appropriate.

She works primarily with teens, young adults, families, and athletes, supporting clients as whole individuals navigating high expectation environments, identity development, and relational dynamics both within and outside of sport. Her work with athletes is grounded in the same therapeutic framework she uses with all clients, emphasizing self awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier internal patterns rather than performance outcomes.

Amanda’s mission is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and connection.
