Nutrition: Master nutrition coaches provide customized meal plans designed to optimize performance, improve mood, and support overall health.

Recovery: Massage therapists and Muscle Activation Technique specialists with over 25 years of experience working with NFL, NBA, NCAA, and other elite athletes are here to help you recover and maintain peak performance. Whether you’re building a healthy relationship with yourself through therapy and personal development, preparing for the off-season, developing a nutrition plan, or looking for online strength programs to stay consistent, HTFT has the expertise to support you. We also offer recovery-focused services tailored to your schedule, perfect for individuals balancing demanding careers or athletes returning home from a season.
